Terms and Conditions
To register you must agree with the following terms and conditions.
- I declare that the facts I have entered on this registration form are accurate and that I will undertake to notify Vet Connect immediately of any changes to this information.
- I understand and accept that Vet Connect is acting as an introductory agent on my behalf and not as my employer and as such bears no responsibility or liability for the service which I provide.
- I agree that if I am working on a self-employed basis that I am responsible for my own tax and national insurance.
- I agree to inform amy client that I am introduced to through Vet Connect that the introduction was initiated by them. I also agree to keep Vet Connect informed of all dates worked as a result of such an introduction including any ongoing or subsequent work even where arranged directly between myself and the client.
- All information or contact details supplied to me by Vet Connect regarding clients and vacancies are confidential and are not to be passed on to ant other parties.
- I understand that I am under no obligation whatsoever to accept any locum/permanent post offered to me through Vet Connect but that once I have given my verbal acceptance of an engagement offered I will endeavour to honour this agreement and contact Vet Connect immediately should a problem arise. I also understand that any breach of the agreement by the client engaging me is not the responsibility of Vet Connect, on whom I have no claim.
- I understand that Vet Connect is not responsible for the payment of my fee, which is payable directly to me by the client. It is further understood that there is no liability due by me financially to Vet Connect and that there is no fee payable by me to Vet Connect in return for obtaining employment on my behalf.
